Am i joking? No its true! Internet Explorer 8 Beta 1 is due out very shortly according to sources and it will be publicly available. The final version of Internet Explorer 8 is due out in the first half of 2008 so it looks like the IE team are actually working hard which is surprising after there criticisms for taking a super long gap between IE6 and IE7.

I will be following this one of course but you can always check out the official IE blog for full details.

Its almost identical to IE7. So not much change.

I've downloaded IE8, but had all sorts of issues, web page not displaying properly.. frams out of position, google map don't work, links out of place.. Have gone back to IE7

I did not have many problems with IE8, but it is too not-ready-to go for me. Also, runnning in IE7 emulation mode works very well.
