Seen as there ain't much to talk about regarding Vista lets take a look at Apples new iPhone here is a review from my blog site:

Well its finally out on the market, after all the hype people can get there hands on this funky little gadget for a whopping $499 just for the 4GB model (8GB $599). Well before you go running out and buying one of these phones you got to ask yourself what are you paying for? Well lets have a look....

iPhone Benefits:

(9cm) touch screen
WI-FI
iTunes Support
Stylish
Great Menu System


iPhone's Downfall:

A depressing 2.0 Megapixel camera
Lack of 3G network
No Instant messaging
No Voice-activated Dialing
Cant change from the 25 preset ringtones

I would say for the price you could be getting a much much better deal. The camera just doesn't quite cut it compared to something like a Nokia N95 witch has a 5 Megapixel camera and if its the touch that gets you why not get a Sony Ericsson P990i you could save your self a lot of money and get a phone just as good if not better.

Overall i would say unless your a die hard Apple fan or a fashion enthusiast then this phone might be a little disappointing. European users can expect this phone to be on the shelf's later this year and Asian users will have to wait till 2008.

I wouldn't say the iPhone is rubbish, feature wise it lacks and its a bit pricey but i think at the end of the day people will buy this for two reasons one. its apple (relates to the ipod) and two its so god darn sexy ....can i get away with saying that, can't i? Anyways yes a bit of a let down but i don't think its a no Hopper. Personally unless they bring the price down I'm not even considering the iPhone as an option.

You can bring Apple down as much as you want but you got to admit when it comes to the Music industry they lead the way. i think the iPhone is there way of merging the two together. sony walkman seem to be the dominant when it comes to music phones at the moment and its going to be fun seeing them battling it out but and after the success of iTunes and ipod i can see Apple having a good chance to branch out. I think there target market is the Ipod and Fasion people at the moment....somthings telling me this phone is ment for people like us?

I can't say I approve of the mobile market as it is. When I buy a mobile phone I look for simply that... a phone! There are many examples of manufacturers trying to do too much with their products. I mean, if you want a 5mp camera... get a camera! And then just look at Sony's PS3. If we want to store data, watch recorded videos, word process, web browse... we buy a PC!

So... my view of the iphone is actually good! If you have used one you will realise how user friendly it is, and the lack of features is actually a bonus because it means the have made the rest of it much better quality.

Look as you say a phone is a phone a PC is a PC a cam is a cam. However I am not saying I don't like the idea of mulit tasking on one device however I think APPLE have gone over the top because their PC market has been rotting at the core (excuse the pun) since day one.

I think its personality based realy, I'm a gadget type person and when i look for a phone i want something that does everything, something i can show off basically that's why i said this phone doesn't realy appeal to people like me, but if your fine with what this phone has to offer that's great but personally i would go for something with higher specs.

I disagree Josh, if apple were so bad then why do you diss them? if there was no competition between PC and Mac why do you feel its important to hate them?
