Unhappy laptop vista troubles




ok i need help my vista keeps well messing up heres the problem when i close the lid to my laptop and open it back up the screen flashes like it refreshed and then i cant touch any icons on my desktop and cant do anything except open the start menu i can still run programs ut everything is slown down and my explorer is crashing every time i close the lid on the laptop does anyone know whats wrong or has it happened to you

here are my computer specs.

amd 64 2.o ghz
1.0 gig of ram
ati radeon express 1100 256 mb memory

Lots more info is needed...
like name, version, bios #. of computer, what upgrades if any you have installed, what version of Vista, A nice program to use is BELARC, it is FREE
and you can run, save the specs... remove all SECRET info. such has KEYS and SN's... other junk... then have available for members to read.
This info will guaranteed to save you answering lots if What
a sample of mine. Plus there is much more info...
