Life After Windows, Project Midori

This is interesting, for many years people have claimed such a project exists and its seems that Microsoft IS planning for the end of the Windows era.

Like the article said i do believe Windows is unlikely to be able to cope with the pace of change in future technology and its good to know they are going to change with it, rather than cling on to Windows they are making radical changes to bring us a brand new non-windows operating system.

Its kind of exciting when you think of it, or is it just me?

Im just informing i do believe that Paul is right on the 2012 estimate, However i don't think that Windows is broken but i would say its peak days are over and its time for somthing new.

A big credit to Microsoft for even considering a follow up to Windows. Its a gutsy step but one that i feel is going to be required to keep up with the current and future demands of the technology industry.
