Hi Friends: I don't know when my correct system will be delivered, but I am getting antsy to try Ultimate 64-bit. So, I would like to understand about how to move drives around without messing up any booting. Here is what I now have: Slot 1-Drive 0-XP Pro-installed 1st Slot 3-Drive 1-Auto Boot-Raptor 1-Ultimate 32-bit-installed 3rd Slot 2-Drive 2-Ultimate 32-bit--installed 2nd I want to remove drive 1, install my 2nd Raptor in its place, and install Vista Ultimate 64-bit. If I do so, then I think that the result will be a good-to-go triple boot system as shown below: Slot 1-Drive 0-XP Pro-installed 1st Slot 2-Drive 1-Auto Boot-Raptor 2-Ultimate 64-bit-installed 3rd Slot 3-Drive 2-Ultimate 32-bit-Raptor 1-installed 2nd After producing this result, I will change the auto boot to Drive 2. Can anyone confirm or deny that what I am proposing will work out according to my plan. After I figure out what will happen, I will have follow-up questions.

| Thanks crabby. I've already done it all except for installing 64-bit on the 2nd Raptor. I thought it work work. I'm going to have follow up questions about how to best move the two Raptors to my new black box when it arrives. Here comes 64-bit.

| Thanks Sean. It all is going well. I am looking for a few key 64-bit drivers now. Also, Firefox works right in 64-bit--right? crabby, I now you use Firefox and 64-bit, and all is well, right?

| What are the 64-bit-ers doing for malware and antivirus? crabby, as I recall, you don't run either. Do you leave UAC on?

| OK, I am 64-biting. ATI, Sound Blaster, Logitech Keyboard/Mouse/Firefox all 64-bit or universal and working well. Avast! next, and then I'll look into Ad-Aware and its 64-bit compatibility.

| I am wondering have you seen any performance increases yet running the 64 bit plus is your 4 gig of ram is being fully recognized with the 64 bit. I tried the 64 bit for a while but didn't see any advantage and had some driver issues but had to try it just to see for myself.

| I don't think much difference wouid show becacuse of using the full 4 GB of RAM. But, see the snips below. The first is my best under 32-bit and the second is my first under 64-bit with identical drives, etc. The difference is quite dramatic. The results are from the PassMark Performance Test Composite test. Much more later. Edit: I have attached my second from 64-bit now--the post below. And, I have done nothing to tweak my video card. The 792.7 after setting my card optimally (but, not overclocked and still maintaining high quality).
