HP took over compaq or the other way round not sure but my laptop is Compaq branded.

Yep, that's why I said his computer is close to mine. See my specs. Mine is a Pavilion though.

Thanks Josh. Yes, you have integrated graphics--still good though. Our machines look in proper relationships on all dimensions except my graphics score of 3.4 seems suspect--especially given my gaming graphics score.
