Is there a way to set network priority, for example i have a wireless PCI card but i usually connect via Ethernet, so is there a way i can get vista to automatically connect to my wireless connection if my wired connection is unavailable. I want to set this up as I'm always moving about so it would be useful.

| I have not don this, but you may want to check it out. By the way, there's plenty of other Vista related inf oration as well. Use this link and go to appendix K. http://technet2.microsoft.com/Window....mspx?mfr=true |

| There is definately a way. I just have never used it. It is simply an IF statement which runs in the back ground. Don't give up hope, it's out there somewhere! crabby |

Vista Hands On #10: Manage wireless networks Wednesday, March 07, 2007, 11:00:00 AM | Ed Bott I’m traveling this week with a year-old Tablet PC running a fresh copy of Windows Vista Business, so it’s a good time to focus on some of Vista’s mobility features. The hotel where I’m staying offers free wireless access, which has given me a chance to rediscover Vista’s tools for managing wireless connections. As with anything network-related, the starting point is the Network and Sharing Center, which you reach in either of two ways: Click Start, Network, and then click Network and Sharing Center in the Command Bar. Or click the network connection icon in the notification area at the right side of the taskbar. If I wanted to connect to a network that was already set up or ... Does this help... http://blogs.zdnet.com/Bott/?p=226
