As new year rapidly approaches (5:17pm here) I'm looking back and reflecting on the year. For technology we have seen so much! Windows Vista is here for starters and Xbox 360 has had its best year ever. The HD Format battle commences with Blu-Ray Vs. HD-DVD, We have seen the birth of so many new products like OSX Leopard, Adobe CS3 Suite, Office 2007 and then theres hardware Zune, iPhone, Amazon Kindle, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii.

This year has been so packed and its opened a lot of doorways for next year. If i went back to December 2006 it would seem so different to what is available to us today. We wouldn't have our Direct X 10 Graphics cards or our quad core CPU's, We wouldn't even have a full version of Vista!

So a toast to the year of 2007 and bring on 2008! If we have progressed so rapidly in the last 12 months, imagine were we will be December 2008.

Happy New year to all. It's 1:35 pm here in San Antonio, Texas, so there are a few more hours to go before midnight. I won't be out celebrating like in previous years because my wife is not well, but we'll make a toast to 2008.
