OEM, and Upgrade MS version - Vista

hi guys,

I am thinking that if my PC starts to you know slow down, can i reinstall vista, if i uninstall it, ill explain later.

LIke when i had XP, i had the XP CD, and if the windows isn;t running good, i will delete the partion on my HDD, and install XP from scratch using same key and stuff

If my vista crashes, can i uninstall vista, reinstall XP, without activating XP, then clean install Vista from XP, with vistas Upgrade premium DVD, key?

Please get me good news, if bad
I'll sue* MS

* Not sue, just beg Customer support to help me.

EDIT: will that be allowed on OEM Too, in fact i will never get OEM, just curiuos, I like the new shiny green box, with a sticker, and a folding page, and a cool disc, and technically yeah!

EDIT2: What the f**k is windows longhorn? I saw some pics of it and it looks like Microsofts, first ever windows Vista, they created, too me...looks like windows 95.

Question How Many Have Not Read The Vista (Quick Start Guide) Manual

Apparently some have not been reading all the different ways posted to Install/Reinstall Vista with only a Upgrade KEY, or the normally included Windows Vista Manual.

I'll simply repost a few ways here.

You also can using the same OLD DVD insert and REPAIR Install Vista, Just like XP.
You can [see page 5] CLEAN INSTALL Vista (Boot from DVD use "No KEY" recommended by MS), if you need. Then after your all booted up, upgrade your No KEY Version of Vista with the UPgrade KEY, [see page 4](Recommended by MS in User Manual)

Read Page 3 if you are Upgrading or installing Windows Vista, specially the 2nd paragraph which lists
Quote:
BEFORE YOU BEGIN, MAKE SURE TO:
Read Page 2 on "SETTING UP WINDOWS VISTA"
Page 4 also tells about Serial Key Devices,
Page 7 about Security Checklist,
Page 9 tells about Welcome Center,
Page 11 Windows Easy Transfer,
Page 33 Window Media Center
Page 40 Lists "Part No. X12-18182-03" if you need to order a replacement Manual
