Print an EXCEL file EVERYDAY at same time

Hello,

how can I manage, that my computer running on VISTA HOME PREMIUM print everyday an EXCEL Document at exactly, lets say 4.30pm ?
Can I use the Task Manager for that? Is there a feature for that?
