http://www.dynamiclink.nl/htmfiles/rframes/sys-v01.htm Here is the latest version i can find that is not Vista Beta.. and you will have to manually install it... PS: it is a signed driver by MS also... hope this fixes you problem..

The one that has the same name as yours... vgapnp.sys 5.2.3790.0 (srv03_rtm.030324-2048) that should be the last driver for Server NT pack 03
