TV Tuner Card?

I had an ATI All-in-Wonder AGP 4x Video card in my old system that was running WinXP Pro. I have Vista Ultimate installed now and would like to get a TV tuner (PCI) installed here. I tried the Hauppauge PVR250 and that totally screwed up my system here. I don't want another AIW card, just a TV tuner that works in Vista Ultimate. I would actually prefer a USB external tuner box? If anyone knows which external TV tuner is a good one for use with vista please let me know. Thanks guys!

This system:
Asus P4S333 Mobo
Intel P4 1.9g processor
1 GB PC2700 DDR Ram
Dual Nvidia GeForce 5500 PCI video cards
Audigy SB
Netgear FA311 Gigabyte Ethernet NIC
NEC USB 2.0/Firewire card
MS Vista Ultimate O/S

I have Leadtek's WinFast PVR2000 XP Expert (pci) and it works fine with Vista. Leadtek also makes a USB model of basically the same thing, but I can't vouch for it with Vista.

Edit:
for spelling )-:

Hauppauge apparantly have vista drivers for their cards... you could try them.

Freecom are yet to support Vista so steer clear.

HAUPPAUGE WinTV PVR250 Personal Video Recorder PCI-card

I have this card. Very buggy drivers for Vista Ultimate 32bit. After it finally installed the video was only fair (grainy on a lot of channels) and the sound absolutely sucked. I tried to sell it on ebay but no takers. I have one on my wife's WinXP Pro PC andit works fine there. If anyone is interested in it let me know and I will let it go cheap!
