Typical...I buy what I thought was a very good priced laptop at the time (over £600) and then a few months later, I find in some german coffee shop that they were selling laptops in there for £400 which had a better spec than mine! Mine is a 1.6Ghz Core 2 Duo with a Gig of RAM and a 110 GB HDD, the one going in the shop had a 1.8Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2GB of RAM and a 150GB HDD! I thought to myself, has PC World ripped me off?!

| I took a mental note never to shop in big retail stores again (for anything over say £50?) Just go up to London in the market for a much better deal.

| No its all paid. It's if you go down Tottenham Court Road like I did, there are LOADS (and I mean that quite strongly) of computer shops trying to outdo each other on price and you can grab yourself a serious bargain. Whether you are looking for a budget or a top-class machine, you will get one much cheaper than you would do in the big retail shops or online.

| When im on a real tight budget i go to my local computer fair, recondition laptops as cheap as £200 there.
