USB Cooling Fan

This takes a lot of imagination. It's not Vista related but it's cool: http://www.instructables.com/id/USB-...-broken-drive/

Want a clean PC?

Check this out...it will maintain your PC dust free for years. By the way, a nice filtration material for your PC can be made from Fabric dryer sheets. They can be purchase most anywhere, smell nice and do not restrict the air flow.

Complete Silence

Want a completely silence PC? Then head to the supermarket and get 8 gallons of cooking oil. This is exactly what this guys did. They removed all the fans form the PC and submerged all components in an acrylic case full of oil; the oil is non-conductive. Check it out: http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/01/..._out_the_fans/
