Now is a good time to run Vista Upgrade Advisor to get your PC ready for Vista. I just ran the advisor in my PC and, according to the advisor, I have the green light for the upgrade, but I was a little disappointed with the recommendation, here’s why; the Upgrade Advisor recommended Home Premium instead of Ultimate for my PC. I believe it has to do with my video card; luckily, I still have time to make it Ultimate ready.
There are three programs it said I need to review: PowerDVD, Realtek HD Audio and Partition Magic. However, I knew about these programs and it’s not a big deal.
Other than that, according to the advisor, I’m ready for lift off. How about you?
