| Yes, sorry to hear about your issue. I'm not sure how the tags work, but isn't that information stored within xbox itself, and if it's, shouldn't that info be sufficient to get everything back as before this disaster happened?

| its stored both online and on your xbox, my tag thats stored on my xbox is totaly blocked i cant even sign in with it but when i go to xbox.com my online tag thats stored on the microsoft servers shows up fine but with no functionality.
