| I an using, and bought, Ultimate, but my second choice would be Home Premium. I don't think I would miss much about ultimate.

| I got ultimate, and i definanly wish i would of got home premium. Ultimate is not worth the extra cash.

| Home premium is all I need ], if my version of Vista has MEdia center, and AERO, and better networking, and better security, and entertainment. that is all I need on my machine, which is what Home premium has, My friend has Ultamite, and he has a Core 2 Extreme QX6800, 2GB RAM, X1900 XTX, a great system with vista, but he built it only for Flight Simulator X, he still gets 12FPS on max settings Ultamite is such a waste of money, $300 for upgrade version in FutureShpop

| So it looks like peoplle buy Ultamite, and Premium, most, nbo buisness, or BASIC, PS: WHen i went to buy my vista,. i asked the guy at the store, did you sell any windows Vista Home basic? He said, only 2 but one of them returned it and said it wasnt what he expected, and he bought a premium instead. Microsoft should not have made a basic version of Vista, it lacks a ton of stuff, but just right for Picture browsing, internet surfing, and light stuff.
