Yes you can But do you really want to go through the hassle of doing it?

You can create a shortcut of each network connection on your desktop and connect/disconnect accordingly by using a right-click.

That is what I do.
1. modem - disabled
2. Lan via Cable - disabled
3. Wireless Card - Enabled
