I've always liked the concept of Windows but never liked the look of Windows. So I'm trying to change it without using skins (coz to me it still looks like windows). I've attached a picture of my desktop looking just the way I want it. Now I need to know if it is possible to LOCK the icons in place so that they CAN'T be moved or changed (unless I want to do it). I also want to know if it is possible to make sure that no programs I install will EVER put icons on the desktop. Also can I change the COLOUR of the icon text.
