im using vista home premium now... and im not into the windows media player bundled with vista, so im back to old school media player classic (installed with storm codec) and i realized that all of the icons for real media (*.rm and *.rmvb) changed to a file icon (i mean an icon when the file has no file extension *.*) how do i change the icon for *.rm and *.rmvb so it will look better? here is a screenshot (1280x770) |

| The only way I know how to change it is to edit the icon itself to something different. If that is satisfactory then post back for instructions. Otherwise, there is software you can get to change the icons. crabby Last edited by crabby : 06-07-2007 at 07:40 AM. |

| You may want to try this: Start > Right click Computer and select Properties > Select Advanced System Settings (left pane) > Advanced tab > Under Performance select Settings > Try "Adjust for Best Appearance" or "Let Windows choose what's best for my computer" > Click Apply and OK to exit. |
