| After installing DeskScapes and selecting one of the DeskScape wallpapapers, the background runs for about 15 seconds and then DreamScene fails with the following: Windows DreamScene has encountered an error. Windows DreamScene has encountered an unrecoverable error while decoding the video. The desktop then falls back to solid colors for desktop background. I also tried DreamScene with the same results. I did not find any information on their web site regarding this problem. |

| I might be able to help. Do you by chance have Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 installed? If so, that is your problem. I have encountered the same problem and Sonic/ Roxio knows about it. I don't know if there is a fix coming or not. If you uninstall it DreamScene will again work. If you don't have Roxio EMC9 installed then I don't know. |

| Yep, Any version of Creator will do it. I am not sure if it's much of a priority with Roxio. But if you purchased their software, you should complain to them. I was only using the trial version. I found out about it on their product forum. |
