How may I add Windows Key shortcuts?

Since I purchased a new notebook, it seems that I use the Windows Key shortcuts more and more, is there a way to add additional shortcuts in Vista?

I'm not sure about how to create your own but here is a full list of all the shortcut keys available in windows Vista
