Can anyone tell me more about what the icons will be like on Windows Vista? I know they'll use the PNG format, but that's about all I know. How large will they be? Will they support PNG transparency? Will Windows Vista still accept older .ico files?

| Vista icons info: Up to 256x256 in size, enabling high resolution Supports 32-bit icons, which are 24-bit images with an 8-bit alpha channel. This allows icons to display with smooth edges that appear to blend into any background. And, as far as I know, png transparency is supported You can get an idea of how they look here and here.
