link seems to be OK ?!

when you go to STARTUP to see list of programs, the canvas on which the programs are listed is completely CLEAR !!

If you look carefully @ the snapshot of theme (URL), you will see a CLEAR effect.
Also look carefully @ the TASKBAR - it's almost CLEAR

I got it to open. They are using a themed-pack. As far as I know, Vista aero theme won't make the taskbar that clear unless someone knows a registry hack.
