| Uninstall "EVERYTHING" in the system under VIDEO... uninstall everything simply tells Vista to reinstall the DEFAULT Drivers, and then if Vista has any update/upgrade drivers.. it will install them... Other wise DEFAULT and no drivers from the NVidia site... then see if your games work correctly... many times all the nice upgrades are not signed... and OS's simply do not like unsigned drivers.... Now go to control panel ->system->device manager and uninstall all and display adapter & VIDEO stuff... then reboot.. and let Vista reinstall the default drivers... then play your game.. the MS installed v97.46 drivers work GREAT for me... the NVidia website v97.46 drivers CRASHed my system... I have tried the v100.41 NVidia drivers an my 3d Memory-Video Graphics hunger games.. plays like crap...

| No, I have no idea what a motherboard is. Also snuffy, one more question. If I go to device manager, under the sections that say batteries, computer, disk drives, etc... which ones exactly do i have to uninstall. And do I have to uninstall the whole section? For instance, if you want me to uninstall disk drives, I have to uninstall everything under disk drives, such as Toshiba MK blah blah blah, and WD 16000BE, correct? |
