I was considering both WindowBlinds and TGTSoft's Theming software.
I was an avid user of TGTSoft's stuff with XP and even emailed them
about support for Vista. I got a reply saying they were working on it.

I did not know WB worked in Vista. That's the way I'll go, it looks like.

Aye WB 5.5 works great under vista and it will run older themes as well. Works quite well, so far no problems with it under vista.
