I think that they may have updated the Vista website one day early. I have been on many Vista boards and haven't heard of one person who has received an email yet.

Tomorrow is supposed to be the release date for current CPP participants and new CPP testers may not be able to sign up for a few days after that..

I think the message you refer to is in advance of the "public release" of RC1. No one has received a letter yet.
