I'm concerned about that link. It's not a microsoft.com url, and the Contact Us link on that page is not to Microsoft either. Worried it may be a scam site.

ADDED: I did some research and found some information on Microsoft's site that mentions some previous collaboration with Catalysis. Apparently, Catalysis does some administration of some things for Microsoft, so I'm thinking that this is a legit link. However, I can't guarantee that.
