Doing a clean install on a newly built system. Computer boots to dvd, then "windows is loading files", once that is complete, computer reboots to dvd, "windows is loading files" again, then blue error screen displayed with

Try searching on the code on the Windows (i.e., Vista) website. I could do it, but you might as well see all the initial results in person. Wish I could provide a better answer, but I have never seen the code or had your experience.
